Fault analysis of spring machine screen not displaying
When producing springs,the CNC spring machine meet the problem of non-dispaly of screem sometimes. The following are the main reason for this issue.
Circuit problems
If the power indicator on the display is not high, it indicates that the display does not have normal power supply. Use a multimeter to measure whether the voltage input to the display from the relay (out-0) is normal.
Signal problem
If the power indicator (green) on the display flashes all the time, check whether the signal line connector on the display (plugged into the circuit board in the second slot of the electric cabinet) is loose; And observe whether the four red indicators next to the power supply plug p8p9 on the chassis bottom plate are normally lit. If not, please remove and re insert the p8.p9 two sets of power supply plugs. If it is still unavailable, check whether the DC voltage output to the backplane (voltage on p8.p9) is normal. The red line is 5V, the black line is 0V and the yellow line is 12V. If the above are normal, the graphics card may be damaged.
Normal range
The display suddenly stops when the machine works normally for 5 minutes. This is the normal condition of the machine. Press any key on the keyboard to restore it.
Display failure
If the above analysis is not tenable, check whether the display of the power signal lamp in the lower right corner of the display is normal under the working state. If it is light yellow or does not display, it may be the fault of the display itself.
